While details regarding Al-Juhani’s involvement remain undisclosed, Golden Town’s overarching strategy revolves around capitalizing on emerging opportunities in Egypt’s modern urban centers, including the Administrative Capital, the North Coast, and key areas in Cairo such as East and West Cairo and the new Sheikh Zayed City.
With an imminent launch of its flagship project—a sprawling commercial, entertainment, and service complex comprising interconnected towers—Golden Town sets the stage for its ambitious vision to reshape the real estate landscape.
